Taking the leap into entrepreneurialism is no easy task! Many of us are raised to believe an employment role is the only means of income, professional growth and success. But for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and out-of-the-box thinking, starting a business can be a path to more income, professional growth and success than is imaginable!

CWP believes the bravery and creativity of entrepreneurs is worth commending! As such, we have created the CWP Entrepreneurship Awards to honor, celebrate and promote innovative, young, impactful and underdog entrepreneurs. 

Entrepreneurship Award recipients receive a framed certificate, a 2 page profile article in our CWP Entrepreneur Magazine, both print and digital version, and their name, business name, and business contact information on our Award Webpage. ​
Nomination Deadlines: 

Winter: January 1, 2023
Summer: June 1, 2023
The CWP Awards are held twice a year. The Winter Award application deadline is January 1st; winners are announced on March 1st. The Summer Award application deadline is June 1st; winners are announced on July 1st. 
Entrepreneurs can nominate themselves and can apply for up to 3 Award Categories each season. Nominees are reviewed and judged by the CWP Entrepreneurship Panel, comprised of successful and inspirational entrepreneurs. ​

The Top 10 Impactful Entrepreneurs Award is given to entrepreneurs who have used their business as a platform for positive social influence or change, such as running a nonprofit or hosting charitable events.

UNDERDOG

The Top 10 Underdog Entrepreneurs Award is given to entrepreneurs who have overcome adversity to pursue their entrepreneurial dream. Adversities may be based race, sexuality, social-economic background, etc.

By highlighting Underdog Entrepreneurs...

YOUNG

Picture
The Top 10 Young Entrepreneurs Award is given to entrepreneurs under 30 years old. Qualified candidates include young adults who have founded and operated their own company for at least 6 months.
